Our network of Squirrels undertake missions incognito. They need to be fully observant of all that is taking place around them (including sometimes a sneaky picture). Next, they complete straightforward but thorough reports, in return for an agreed reimbursement. New recruits must be passionate about service, food and drink with an excellent level of written English.
